Peoples USA was never meant to be a one-person job.

I created this community for one simple reason: To bring The People together. And I firmly believe the only way we're going to accomplish that is by working together.

My intention has never been to be anyone's "boss." If anything, I want to know how I can better serve all of you.

I want us to build a community where your voice matters, your vote matters, and your ideas matter. A place where people can openly discuss and debate issues, disagree with one another, and still walk away as friends.

Because here's something I believe strongly: We don't have to agree on everything to stand together on the things that matter most.

And that's what Peoples USA is really about.

But I Can't Build This Alone.

There's almost nothing this community can't accomplish if we work together. But for us to grow into something meaningful, I need honest, reliable, and level-headed people who believe in what we're trying to build.

I'm looking for volunteer moderators who want to help shape the future of Peoples USA.

Now, what exactly does that mean?

In its simplest form, I need people who can help keep this community welcoming, respectful, and productive.

I don't want moderators policing people's opinions or deciding which political beliefs are acceptable. That's the exact opposite of what we're trying to accomplish here.

I want people to feel comfortable expressing themselves, asking difficult questions, challenging ideas, and even having heated debates.

There's a big difference between challenging someone's opinion and attacking them personally.

That's where our moderators come in.

Your role would be to help encourage healthy conversations, address personal attacks, discourage harassment and spam, welcome new members, and help resolve disagreements before they turn into unnecessary hostility.

Most importantly, I want moderators who understand that having authority doesn't make someone more important than the people they're serving.

This Isn't About Control. It's About Community.

I'm not looking for people who agree with everything I say. In fact, I welcome people who are willing to challenge my ideas when they believe I'm wrong.

I'm looking for people with integrity. People who can put their personal opinions aside and treat others fairly, even when they strongly disagree.

Republican, Democrat, Independent, Conservative, Liberal, or somewhere in between — none of that should determine whether someone is treated with dignity and respect.

We're not here to create another echo chamber. We're here to prove that people with different beliefs can still build something meaningful together.

And I want our moderators to have a voice in how this community operates, too. Your input, suggestions, and concerns should help shape our policies, our direction, and our future.

So, Here's My Invitation.

If you believe in what Peoples USA stands for, if you're willing to dedicate some of your time to helping others, and if you genuinely want to be part of building something bigger than yourself, I'd love to hear from you.

You don't need previous moderation experience. You just need good judgment, patience, integrity, and a willingness to treat people fairly.

This is a volunteer opportunity, and I understand everyone has families, jobs, and responsibilities. I'm not asking anyone to put this community ahead of their personal lives. I'm asking for people who are willing to contribute what they reasonably can.

If you're interested in becoming a moderator, leave a comment below or send me a private message. Tell me a little about yourself, why you're interested, and what you believe makes a good moderator.

And even if moderating isn't for you, I still want your ideas on how we can make this community better.

At the end of the day, I may have created the platform, but this community belongs to The People.

I don't want to build something where everyone answers to me.

I want to build something where we're all accountable to each other.

Because if we're serious about bringing America together, maybe it's time we stopped waiting for someone else to do it and started showing the country what working together actually looks like.

UNITED WE STAND.
